Southern Mason County in west central Texas, including Hilda, Hedwigs Hill, Loyal Valley, and US-87 near the Mason-Gillespie County Line. Specific low water crossings include Chimney Hollow crossing Big Bluff Creek, Mill Creek crossing Mill Creek, Jeffers Lane crossing, West Simonsville crossing, Peters Creek crossing Peters Creek, Simonsville crossing Bader Creek, Simonsville crossing Beaver Creek, Ranch Road 783 crossing Bader Creek, Loeffler crossing Beaver Creek, and Ranch Road 783 crossing Deer Creek.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
