Southern Boone County in northeastern Nebraska, including Cedar Rapids, Primrose, and the Highway 14 and 56 Junction.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas is ongoing or expected.
