Baldwin County AL (Northwestern), Clarke County AL (South Central), Conecuh County AL (Southwestern), Escambia County AL (Western), Mobile County AL, Monroe County AL (Southwestern), Washington County AL (Southeastern), and Escambia County FL (Northwestern). Specific locations include Downtown Mobile, Midtown Mobile, Prichard, Tillmans Corner, Saraland, Bay Minette, Atmore, Chickasaw, Satsuma, Citronelle, Creola, Chunchula, Stockton, McCullough, Gulfcrest, Axis, Uriah, Mount Vernon, Calvert and Excel.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
