A Flash Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Salt Lake City. The alert is effective from August 14 at 9:33 AM MDT until August 14 at 12:30 PM MDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers southeastern Washington County in southwestern Utah, including Hurricane, La Verkin, Apple Valley, Virgin, Springdale, and Rockville. Flash flooding along the Virgin River has been observed crossing roads, primarily SR-9.
