Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS San Angelo TX. Effective from 11:31 AM CDT until 2:30 PM CDT on May 21, 2026. Event code: FFW.
Affected Areas
Southeastern Runnels County in west central Texas, including Ballinger and US-83 near the Concho-Runnels County Line. Specific low water crossings include CR 116 crossing Pony Creek, County Road 330 crossing Elm Creek, County Road 261 crossing Elm Creek, crossings along County Road 407, County Road 401 crossing Rocky Creek, County Road 120 crossing Long Branch, and crossings along County Road 128.
