Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have produced between 2 and 4 inches of rain with an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses is expected.
