South Central Berrien County, Northern Brooks County, Cook County, Southern Lanier County, and Lowndes County in south central Georgia. Specific locations include Valdosta, Adel, Hahira, Sparks, Ray City, Moody Air Force Base, Remerton, Morven, Cecil, New Lois, Barretts, Kinderlou, Greggs, Pine Valley, Allenville, Barney, and Valdosta Regional Airport. Also affects I-75 at Exits 16, 22, and 29.
