The warning covers Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Lewis, Taylor, and Upshur counties in West Virginia. Specific locations include Clarksburg, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, West Milford, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Flemington, Despard, Century, Hodgesville, Rosemont, Wolf Summit, Volga, and Galloway.
