Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Topeka KS. Effective from June 21 at 12:43 AM CDT until June 21 at 4:45 AM CDT. Severity: Severe. Urgency: Immediate. Certainty: Likely.
Affected Areas
Clay County, Cloud County, Geary County, Ottawa County, Pottawatomie County and Riley County in Kansas. Specific areas include Northwestern Geary County, Southeastern Cloud County, Northeastern Ottawa County, Southwestern Pottawatomie County and Southwestern Riley County.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas is ongoing or expected.
