Allen Parish (northeastern), Avoyelles Parish (southern), Beauregard Parish (northeastern), Evangeline Parish (central), Rapides Parish (south central), St. Landry Parish (northeastern), and Vernon Parish (southeastern) in Louisiana. Specific locations include Oakdale, Ville Platte, Melville, Elizabeth, Turkey Creek, Palmetto, Morrow, Mittie, Pitkin, Sugartown, Bayou Current, Grant, Pine Prairie, Beaver, Bayou Chicot, Bond, Chicot State Park, Allen Parish Airport, Indian Lake, and Whiteville.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches possible. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other poor drainage and low-lying areas is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
