Southwestern Refugio County and northeastern San Patricio County in south central Texas. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Woodsboro and Bonnie View.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over already saturated ground. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible.
