Affected Areas
The warning covers Southern Preston County and Tucker County in northeastern West Virginia. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Parsons, Davis, Thomas, Hendricks, Hambleton, Hannahsville, Lead Mine, Benbush, Blackwater Falls, Davisville, Saint George, Elk, Silver Lake, Canaan Hgts, Canaan Valley State Park, Red Creek, Cortland, Elgon, Pheasant Run and Pifer Moutain.
