Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Little Rock AR. Effective from June 12 at 6:43 AM CDT until June 12 at 9:45 AM CDT.

Affected Areas

Northwestern Pike County in southwestern Arkansas and southwestern Montgomery County in western Arkansas. Locations include Glenwood, Norman, Daisy, Albert Pike Recreation Area, Little Missouri Falls Recreation Area, Black Springs, Fancyhill, Hopper, Lodi, Langley, Caddo Gap, Salem in Pike County, Bear Creek Public Use Area, and Kirby.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. In hilly terrain, avoid low water crossings in heavy rain.

Expected Conditions

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible.
