Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Mount Holly NJ. Effective from August 5 at 1:13 PM EDT until August 5 at 5:15 PM EDT.
Affected Areas
Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey; Eastern Delaware County, South Central Montgomery County, and Western Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Locations that may experience flash flooding include Philadelphia, Gloucester City, Chester, Deptford, West Deptford, Yeadon, Woodbury, Conshohocken, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Paulsboro and Westville. Affected highways include Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 12 and 25; Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 13; New Jersey Turnpike near exit 2; Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 333 and 350; Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 4 and 17; and Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.

Expected Conditions
At 1:13 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the warned area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen across portions of the area. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible.
