Eastern Ouachita Parish and southeastern Union Parish in north central Louisiana. Specific locations include Monroe, Claiborne, West Monroe, Brownsville-Bawcom, Brownsville-Bawcomville, Swartz, Richwood, Sterlington, Pine Grove, Millhaven, Fairbanks, Guthrie, Fondale, Loch Lomon, Deshard, Perryville and Bosco.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
