Affected Areas
Central Orleans Parish and northwestern St. Bernard Parish in southeastern Louisiana. Locations include New Orleans and East New Orleans. Affected interstates include Interstate 510 between mile markers 1 and 3 and Interstate 10 between mile markers 246 and 250.
