Affected Areas
Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona, including the western portions of the Galiuro Mountains, Hot Springs Canyon, Teran and Palomas Washes that drain into the San Pedro River from the east. Specific locations include Muleshoe Ranch Preserve and Cascabel.
