Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Tucson AZ. Effective from 4:37 PM MST June 17, 2026 until 7:30 PM MST June 17, 2026.
Affected Areas
Northeastern Santa Cruz County in southeastern Arizona, including Sonoita. Includes Route 82 between mile markers 25 and 33 and Route 83 between mile markers 30 and 34.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain. Washes, streams, and rivers can become raging killer currents in a matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall.
