Affected Areas
Southern Catahoula Parish, Concordia Parish, and South Central Tensas Parish in northeastern Louisiana. Adams County, Southwestern Claiborne County, Western Franklin County, and Jefferson County in southwestern Mississippi. Specific locations include Natchez, Vidalia, Ferriday, Jonesville, Fayette, Alcorn State, Clayton, Ridgecrest, Waterproof, Roxie, Monterey, Spokane, Sibley, Stanton, Kingston, Cranfield, Deer Park, Church Hill, Frogmore and Stampley.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
