Affected Areas
McLean County in central Illinois and northern Champaign County in east central Illinois. Specific locations include Bloomington, Normal, Rantoul, Le Roy, Heyworth, Fisher, Hudson, Danvers, Thomasboro, Colfax, Downs, Gifford, McLean, Ogden, Saybrook, Stanford, Carlock, Towanda, Ludlow and Bellflower. Also includes Moraine View State Park and portions of Interstates 39, 55, 57 and 74.
