Affected Areas
The warning covers southwestern McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma and Red River County in northeastern Texas. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Clarksville, Bagwell, Manchester, Detroit, Avery, Annona, Negley, Bryarly, Albion, Silver City, English, Redland, Kiomatia, Woodland, Kanawha and Lydia.
