Specific locations include Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Carbondale, Pittston, Dunmore, Old Forge, Archbald, Dickson City, Moosic, Olyphant, Edwardsville, Luzerne, West Wyoming, Mayfield, Sugar Notch, Glendale, Mount Cobb, Kingston, Nanticoke and Plains. Streams and drainages affected include Lackawanna River, Laurel Run, Roaring Brook, Susquehanna River and others.
