The warning covers Kendall County in northeastern Illinois and Northwestern Will County in northeastern Illinois. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Joliet, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Plainfield, Oswego, Lockport, Yorkville, Minooka, Crest Hill, Montgomery, Shorewood, Boulder Hill, Fairmont, Rockdale and Crystal Lawns.
