Alert Details
A Flash Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in New Orleans. The alert is effective from May 31 at 5:17 PM CDT until May 31 at 7:15 PM CDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers northwestern Jefferson Parish and northeastern St. Charles Parish in southeastern Louisiana. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Kenner, Hahnville, Destrehan, New Sarpy, Norco, St. Rose, Luling, Boutte, Ama, Taft, and Killona. Affected interstates include Interstate 10 between mile markers 219 and 222 and Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 11.
