West Central Irion County in west central Texas, mainly rural areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. In hilly terrain, do not attempt to cross flooded roads at low water crossings; find an alternate route.
Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1.75 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen, with additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
