Affected Areas
Central Calhoun County in southwestern Illinois; Southwestern Greene County in southwestern Illinois; Southwestern Jersey County in southwestern Illinois; Northeastern Lincoln County in east central Missouri; Southeastern Pike County in northeastern Missouri. Specific locations include Elsberry, Hardin, Fieldon, Batchtown, Hamburg, Paynesville, Annada and Nutwood. Includes Mississippi River State Fish and Wildlife Area and Pere Marquette State Park, along with multiple creeks and streams.
