Affected Areas
The warning covers Northwestern Mercer County in central New Jersey, Southeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey, and Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Locations that may experience flash flooding include Trenton, Ewing, Doylestown, Byram, Bedminster, Flemington, Chalfont, Tinicum, Pennington, New Hope, Yardley and Newtown. This includes Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 65 and 76.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard includes life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses.
