Specific locations that will experience flash flooding include Paris, McKenzie, Dresden, Gleason, Routon, Springville, Henry, Porter Court, Van Dyke, Osage, Como, Mansfield, India, Sunnyside, Spring Creek, Ore Springs, Manleyville, Old Springville, Haigler Ridge and Sandhill.
