Locations that may experience flash flooding include Batesville, Versailles, Milan, Osgood, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Sunman, Metamora, Holton, Napoleon, Versailles Lake, Ballstown, Otter Village, Huntersville, Olean, Penntown, Benham, Interstate 74 at State Route 101, New Marion and Friendship.

Radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard: Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
