East Central Franklin County in central Ohio and Southwestern Licking County in central Ohio. Specific locations that may experience flash flooding include Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, Pataskala, Summit Station, Beechwood Trails, Etna and Kirkersville. This includes Blacklick Creek.
