Northeastern Washington County in central Vermont; Northwestern Caledonia County in northeastern Vermont; Southwestern Orleans County in northeastern Vermont; Southeastern Lamoille County in northwestern Vermont. Specific locations include Wolcott, Elmore, Woodbury, Hardwick, Craftsbury, Greensboro, Morristown, Lake Elmore and Elmore State Park.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch possible. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Impacts include flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
