Affected Areas
Bledsoe County, Bradley County, Northeastern Hamilton County, McMinn County, Meigs County, Southwestern Monroe County, Northern Polk County and Rhea County in east Tennessee. Specific locations include Cleveland, Athens, Dayton, Pikeville, Decatur, Benton, Etowah, Spring City and Charleston. Interstate 75 between mile markers 19 and 56.
