Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Jackson KY. Effective from August 13 at 7:42 PM EDT until August 13 at 9:30 PM EDT. Severity: Severe. Urgency: Immediate. Certainty: Likely.
Affected Areas
Eastern Estill County, Southeastern Powell County, West Central Breathitt County, Northeastern Lee County, and Southwestern Wolfe County in east central and southeastern Kentucky. Specific locations include Fincastle, Booth, Vada, Grannie, Whisman, Primrose, Williba, Airedale, Zoe, Flat, Torrent, High Falls, Monica, Zachariah, Mary, St. Helens, Rogers, Fillmore, Canyon Falls and Leeco.
