Affected Areas
Fayette County, western Union County, central Wayne County, and northwestern Franklin County in east central and southeastern Indiana. Locations that may experience flash flooding include Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Dublin, Glenwood, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Bunker Hill, Abington, Brownsville, Laurel, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Mount Auburn and Mettel Field.
