Alert Details
A Flash Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Indianapolis. The alert is effective from June 18, 2026 at 2:46 AM EDT until June 18, 2026 at 6:00 AM EDT.
Affected Areas
The warning covers Southwestern Lawrence County in south central Indiana, Northern Daviess County in southwestern Indiana, and Northern Martin County in southwestern Indiana. Locations that will experience flash flooding include Mitchell, Odon, Plainville, Indian Springs, Burns City, West Boggs Lake, Huron, Williams and Tunnelton.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
