Affected Areas

Northern Daviess County in north central Missouri; Southern Harrison County in north central Missouri; Northeastern Gentry County in northwestern Missouri. Locations include Bethany, Albany, Ridgeway, Gilman City, Pattonsburg, New Hampton, Coffey, Mcfall, Gentry and Martinsville.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Expected Conditions

At 1:55 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. MoDOT has closed MO 85 south of Albany crossing Town Branch.
