Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS State College PA. Effective from September 3 at 4:11 AM EDT until September 3 at 8:00 AM EDT.
Affected Areas
Southern Dauphin County, Lancaster County, and Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Lancaster, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Hershey, Ephrata, Colonial Park, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Progress, Lititz, Middletown, Millersville, Willow Street, Mount Joy, Palmyra, Linglestown, Steelton, New Holland, Manheim and Annville.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
