Affected Areas
Southwestern Dallas County, Northern Greene County, Southeastern Polk County, Northwestern Webster County in southwestern Missouri. Specific locations include Strafford, Willard, Fair Grove, Pleasant Hope, Olive, Bassville, Ebenezer, Brighton, Foose, March, Glidewell, Elkland, Sacville, Charity and Cave Springs. Low water crossings: Givins Branch at Highway W, Deer Creek at Highway YY, Cabin Creek at Cabin Creek Road, Sims Branch at Highway CC and Little Pomme De Terre River at Highway CC.

Hazard: Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
