Central Cumberland County in southern New Jersey. Locations that may experience flash flooding include Vineland, Millville, Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Dividing Creek, Port Norris, Mauricetown, Newport, Port Elizabeth, Bricksboro, Fortesque and Cedarville.
