Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Norman OK. Effective from May 21, 2026 at 2:52 PM CDT until May 21, 2026 at 5:15 PM CDT.
Affected Areas
West Central Jefferson County in southern Oklahoma, Eastern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma, and Northeastern Clay County in northern Texas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Waurika.

Expected Conditions
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
