Thunderstorms are producing heavy rain, with 1 to 2 inches already fallen and additional 0.5 to 1.5 inches possible before 9 PM. This will cause flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
