Affected Areas
Eastern Cheyenne County and southeastern Morrill County in the Nebraska panhandle. Locations include Sidney, Lodgepole, Dalton, Broadwater, Colton, Sunol, Sidney Municipal Airport, Lorenzo, and Cheyenne County Fairgrounds. Interstate 80 between mile markers 53 and 77.
