Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Gray ME. Effective from June 21 at 1:57 PM EDT until June 21 at 4:00 PM EDT.

Affected Areas

Central Waldo County in south central Maine. Specific locations include Belfast, Searsport, Stockton Springs, Knox, Brooks, Waldo, Swanville, Morrill, Belmont and Monroe.

What You Should Do

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
