Affected Areas
Anderson, Bullitt, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Jessamine, Nelson, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, and Woodford counties in central Kentucky. Specific areas include Northern Anderson County, Northern Bullitt County, West Central Fayette County, Southern Franklin County, Southern Jefferson County, Northern Jessamine County, Northeastern Nelson County, Southwestern Scott County, Southern Shelby County, Spencer County, and Woodford County.
