Carroll County in Tennessee, southeastern Gibson County in Tennessee, and southeastern Weakley County in Tennessee. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Milan, McKenzie, Huntingdon, Bruceton, Atwood, Vale, Trezevant, Hollow Rock, Clarksburg, McLemoresville, New Zion, Tate, Leach, Jarrell, Wingo, Scott Hill, Hico, Hillard, Palmer Shelter and Howley.
