The National Weather Service in Quad Cities IA IL has issued a Flash Flood Warning, effective from 5:18 PM CDT on April 15, 2026, until 11:15 PM CDT on the same day.
Affected Areas
The warning affects Buchanan County and Delaware County in northeastern Iowa. Specific locations include Independence, Manchester, Dyersville, Jesup, Edgewood, Winthrop, Hazleton, Earlville, Quasqueton, Lamont, Delhi, Colesburg, Brandon, Rowley, Greeley, Aurora, Dundee, Delaware, Masonville, and Stanley. This also includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 49 and 55.
