Northwestern Brown County in southwestern Ohio and Northern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio. Specific locations that may experience flash flooding include Milford, Amelia, Mount Orab, New Richmond, Williamsburg, Batavia, Withamsville, Camp Dennison, Owensville, Newtonsville, Fayetteville, St. Martin, East Fork State Park, Bantam, Clermont County Airport, Locust Ridge, Lake Lorelei, Perintown, Willowville and Day Heights.

Hazard: Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
