Flash Flood Warning issued by NWS Brownsville TX. Effective from June 15 at 9:21 PM CDT until June 16 at 12:15 AM CDT.
Affected Areas
Southern Brooks County, North Central Hidalgo County, Southeastern Jim Hogg County, and Northeastern Starr County in deep south Texas. Locations include Rachal, Encino, and El Coyote Ranch Airport.

Expected Conditions
