Affected Areas
Northeastern Aransas County, Northeastern Refugio County, Southeastern Victoria County, and Calhoun County in south central and south Texas. Specific locations include Seadrift, McFaddin, Port Oconnor, Long Mott, Green Lake, Tivoli, Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, Indianola, and Austwell.
