Affected Areas
Southeastern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania and East Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania. Locations include Bethel Park, McMurray, Gastonville, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Whitehall, South Park Township, Jefferson Hills, Pleasant Hills, Clairton, Glassport, Monongahela, Liberty, New Eagle, Elizabeth and Lincoln.
